Our client with more than 30 years established in the Social Care and Education sector is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team.   With branches across Dublin and into both North and County Dublin this role will be based within the Wicklow office.

The idealcandidate will have at least 5 years’ experience managing the full end to end payroll process.  With a monthly payroll of 250+ employees you will bring your skills and knowledge to a role which is busy and varied. 

Some of the Responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Full process of monthly payroll including input, record maintenance and reports.
  • Payroll and submissions via ROS.
  • Point of contact for payroll queries and liaison with HR.
  • Setup of new starters, transfers and leavers.
  • Preparation of weekly reports.

What you will bring to the role.

  • IPASS Certified
  • SAGE payroll experience
  • HR & TMS Software experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Irish Payroll
  • Proficient with ROS and EFT process
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
