Our Client, is seeking an innovative Instructional Designer to join their team. They are an enterprise cloud company with game changing software and data analytics focusing on workplace behaviour.
In this role you will partner with Clients who are within the Professional Services sector utilising your strong business acumen and communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Your exceptional instructional design skills will have the opportunity to be showcased in behavioural simulations and award-winning experiences in line with learners needs and those of the end user.
Responsibilities
- Capture business and learning needs of stakeholders through active engagement.
- Design and develop robust and scalable behavioural simulations.
- Provide Client support both online and face to face where required.
- Engage with Clients at onboarding stage and support with training.
Skills:
- A minimum of 3 years instructional design.
- eLearning Authoring Tools.
- A strong technical background.
- Experience with pedagogical and andragogical strategies
- Adaptable and open to new technologies and to working in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of skill/behavioural modelling desirable
- Expertise in building Simulations, serious games and/or other non-linear learning experiences desirable
- Experience with multimedia (including video production) desirable.
- Sc., M.A., or Ph.D. in a relevant field, or a degree plus experience in a similar role which includes a focus on training design.
