Would you like to join an established learning company and dynamic team as Project Manager, bringing your expertise in eLearning to collaborate and coordinate with the senior management team and clients across the various production and administrative branches of the business.
Our client has more than 20 years expertise within the Learning sector providing learning solutions to major financial institutions both in Ireland and the UK. They deliver solutions to their clients and create content supporting the regulatory and compliance requirements within this sector.
From Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Sanctions, Cyber and Information Security to Workplace Health & Safety and Data Protection they provide learning experiences and content including videos, quizzes and eye-catching graphics.
What you will bring to the role
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in eLearning and a strong project management background with the ability to work within a fast-paced environment where you can hit the ground running and make this role your own.
- Someone who enjoys researching and getting to know the customer building good relationships and enabling engagement for success.
- Strong interpersonal & collaborative skills as well as highly effective communication skills
- Self-motivated with a passion to expand skills and understanding within given fields including learning, the law and technology.
About the role:
- Responsible for the delivery of a variety of eLearning projects to customers
- Ensure that all projects meet contractual, legislative, and quality requirements whilst falling within agreed timeframes and budgets.
- Determine and schedule the resourcing needs for all eLearning course projects, ensuring these meet requirements and are delivered on schedule.
- Maintain excellent communication with team members and customers, proactively identify and resolve issues and, most importantly, ensure that the experience delivered by the eLearning courses meets customer needs.
- Develop a strong knowledge of customers, services & products.
- Manage the status, scope, resources, and budgets of multiple concurrent eLearning projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Highly motivated, deadline-driven, and a team player.
- 3 to 5 years project management experience in eLearning.
- Demonstrable experience in managing multiple production timelines.
- Proficient in Sales CRM and Project Management software.
The salary for this role is up to €60K dependent on experience
